Taking a global brand global
LG needed Razorfish to reimagine their global website for the evolving shopping habits of their connected customers. That started by understanding the landscape of today's retail experience, the ways customers were shopping on different devices at different times, and that the shopping journey didn't stop after purchase. With a large multi-discipline team, we brought together a strong, yet seamless branded experience, that went beyond the B2C model to deliver products and services for today's consumer.
