How doers conversate about getting things done
As with any large enterprise, getting a new program started can be a long process, especially around those that entail conversation. Being that Vibes drives the mobile messaging and wallet programs for many different business areas of Home Depot, it was a natural choice for Vibes to share with Home Depot how we were evolving our platform to support conversational experiences. Working sessions with the home goods giant helped identify Vibes was looking to support in the mobile shopper's joiurney. These informed early designs and prototypes that illustrated the new vision of the platform in the support of conversational programs across channels.
