While many retail giants have perished in recent years, Hibbett Sports has thrived. With a keen focus on delivering the right products with a steady and robust set of mobile programs, Hibbett has been able to grow their customer base, loyalty members, mobile engagement, and most importantly their revenue. The Vibes design and strategy team worked closely with Hibbett to align on goals and then plan the campaigns and programs for Vibes to deliver on.
